Chef Kevin Gillespie is sure to wow guests with a new venture in an as-of-yet undisclosed location. Oh, and we don’t know when it’s opening, either.
But diners can get a preview of the menu for Terminus City next weekend at Gunshow, his wildly successful restaurant in Glenwood Park. From noon to 8:00 p.m. on July 4 and 5 guests can taste items such as chicken-fried steak, a vegetarian option, and whole hog barbecue with vegetables served from rolling carts.
