Join Zoo Atlanta for its breathtaking new addition, IllumiNights – a nighttime lantern wonderland celebrating the beauty of the natural world.
From Nov. 22 through Jan. 16, the Chinese lantern festival will feature over 80 animal lanterns – some up to 20 feet tall – depicting some of Earth’s most charismatic creatures. Each lantern is made and hand-painted by Chinese artisans representing thousands of hours of work and features environmentally-friendly LED lights, adhering to Zoo Atlanta’s commitment to sustainability.
A special member preview will be held Nov. 18-21 before opening to the public. IllumiNights will take place daily 5:30-9:30PM, last entry at 8:30PM.
