A new kind of Fourth of July celebration

Fourth of July

It’s time again for Fourth of July festivities. Once again though, things are going to be different than what we’re used to. Instead of celebrating with bustling cookouts and packed firework shows, we have to rethink how celebrating will look while ensuring everyone’s safety. Trying to decide how to social distance while still partaking in the fun? Consider some of these ideas:

• Watch local fireworks from a distance in your quarantine group.

• Stream “Hamilton” on Disney+ which is set to be released on July 3.

• Get crafting with your family and hold your own mini parade.

• Cook out in your own backyard.
