Sometimes as a business owner you must prepare for the worst and hope for the best. As politics heat up and coronavirus becomes more prominent, our day to day at 360 has become about fortunetelling the future and contingency plans. And, that’s about our clients.

It’s important that internally we’re also proactive in making sure we too can shift as needed. Whether it’s being able to work from home, having staff protocols for travel and meetings, appropriate supplies, or even up-to-date accounts receivable to get through a financial turn, it’s clear it’s time to get ahead and make a plan.
