In the past decade, the construction industry saw a nationwide shortage of skilled tradespeople and leaders. With over 3.5 million jobs available in home improvement-related careers in the coming years, The Home Depot and HB NEXT want to help the next generation of professionals find a rewarding, in-demand career and competitive salary.
With the virtual Path to Pro Boot Camp, students will participate in a five-day program, April 19-23, teaching tools, materials and safety skills to prepare for long-term career opportunities within the industry. Those who complete the course will get access to Home Depot’s Pro contractors looking to hire.
