How to nail your perfect pitch

Pitches are often used in a professional landscape, but students can also utilize them when applying for internships and full-time employment.

According to Georgia Tech’s Center for Career Discovery and Development, there are three essential elements that compose a perfect pitch: I am, I do and I will.

Use these three phrases to build the conversation around why you’re the ideal candidate for that dream job. It’s important to prepare, but don’t allow the pitch to sound too scripted. And, remember to tailor your pitch for each individual position.
