If you have made a restaurant reservation within the past 10 years, it’s likely you’ve booked a table through the reservation app, OpenTable. But heavy booking fees and monthly charges are causing Atlanta restaurants to look elsewhere for quality reservation services.
Reserve, which has a flat monthly fee of $249 for restaurant owners and free for iPhone and Android users, has captured the attention of many of Atlanta’s culinary icons including Murphy’s, Aria, and Kevin Rathbun’s restaurants. Resy, the New York-based service, only costs $189 for restaurant owners and is already used by Bacchanalia, Houston’s and Empire State South.
