Lifecycle Building Center found their forever home.
LBC had reason to celebrate after they announced their 70,000-square-foot warehouse filled with recycled building materials is officially theirs. With support and guidance from The Kendeda Fund, Alston & Bird, Atlantic Capital Bank and more, LBC said “so long” to their 5-year leasing agreement and became owners of 1116 Murphy Ave.
LBC staff and board hosted an event recently inviting partners, supporters and community members to celebrate the acquisition. Executive Director Shannon Goodman spoke on her memories with LBC and newcomer DAS BBQ was served. It was a celebration indeed.
