Often when a business is experiencing a period of rapid growth, new clients, increased work and a need to hire additional employees can overshadow your focus to deliver first-rate customer service. Thank you notes become less frequent and the charismatic tone on the telephone becomes less enthusiastic.
When business is booming, don’t drop the customer service ball. Your exceptional customer service reputation will fade quickly. Treat all of your customers the way you treated your very first customer.
Remember: during exciting periods of growth, don’t forget your roots – or your customer service that set you apart in the first place.
