Leaving a Lasting Legacy

by

Nine years ago, a young man named Tyler Isgett joined New South. He was assigned to my team so I could help him acclimate to the company culture and workload.

Over time, I became something of a mentor to him, but more importantly, his friend. Tyler no longer works in my department, but between his experience, tenure and the great work he’s done, our clients are fighting to keep him on their projects.

It’s a great feeling seeing someone become an invaluable part of the team. Mentoring is like leaving a legacy and should be something you’re enormously proud of.
