We’ve been fans of Figo Pasta since Sandro Romagnoli opened his first location on Collier Road 13 years ago with one pasta, two sauces. We recently visited the newish location in West Midtown, one of six, opened October 2014 after his building on Howell Mill was bulldozed.
The menu now has more than 600 combinations, including my favorite butternut squash ravioli. This location has private parking, full bar, meatball menu and plenty of seating.
Now it has added table service at dinner. You can still get one of the signature tall, colorful peppermills, referred to as the “Italian Satellite System.”
