Don’t sweat the ‘quarantine 15’

Needless to say, these are stressful times and we all cope in different ways, whether it is stress eating, working out or both. There is no right or wrong here. As we deal with these already uneasy times, the last thing we should do is beat ourselves up for gaining weight.

As a former Pilates instructor, I always encouraged clients to avoid body negativity. It doesn’t help your body and it certainly doesn’t help your mind. We are doing the best we can with what we have and that’s what counts.

We will get through this – extra pounds and all.
