Inaugural class of BeltLine Business Ventures: Artists Edition Program celebrated

by The 100 Companies

Earlier this year, Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. partnered with TILA Studios, a gallery space in West Midtown, to launch BeltLine Business Ventures: Artists Edition. The nine-week program equipped creative professionals with the skills needed to land public art projects and grow as entrepreneurs and artists.

The program’s inaugural cohort featured 15 artists from across multiple disciplines who learned and fine-tuned several tools, from developing portfolios and conducting project research to navigating contract negotiations.

At the end of the program, the graduating artists presented a mock proposal, sharing ideas they had for public art pieces that could go along the BeltLine corridor.
