I’m writing from my first flight since the week before March lockdown. The feeling is terrifying, exhilarating and familiar all at once.
I’m grateful to take this trip, and to Delta, well done. It got me thinking; the 2020 holiday’s officially here. Thanksgiving is the busiest travel time, and as COVID-19 persists, connecting with friends and family and celebrations look different.
Are we giving thanks for making it this far? Are we grateful for friends, family and colleagues, even if we can’t be together? Are we giving back? The need for gratitude and grace during this time is so important.
