During a crisis, we often feel as if we can’t make a difference. In reality, every act, no matter how small, can have a positive impact on a community. Now more than ever, we need to come together to help others, and there are many ways in which you can make an impact.
• Write letters to residents in local nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
• Donate canned goods and other supplies to local food banks.
• Make time to just lend an ear for loved ones during this hard time.
• Reach out to elderly neighbors/friends and see how you can help.
