Co-founder of Decatur children’s bookstore Little Shop of Stories, Dave Shallenberger has lived in the Atlanta area for over 25 years. Shallenberger and business partner Diane Capriola long dreamed of opening a shop to serve as a community gathering place.
The team works hard to be as great as the community they serve.
Shallenberger’s goal is connecting authors and readers – by recommending books they believe individuals will love or by hosting authors in-store. In addition to children and adult book sales, they host book signings, storytime readings, summer camps, and more.
