Join Trees Atlanta for a fun, educational float trip down the Chattahoochee River highlighting the importance of trees in the watershed, the biodiversity of the area and the organization’s other projects.
Participants should provide their own tubes, kayaks, canoes and paddles or rent through Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC). Day-trippers should also bring water, snacks and a picnic lunch to enjoy on the beach at the end.
The float trip will be held July 7, from 9:30AM-1PM, and begins at the NOC Outpost, 301 Johnson Ferry Road SE, Marietta. Allow plenty of time to arrive and register here.
