With anticipation of more available COVID vaccines and the American Rescue Plan officially signed by President Biden, the nation, including the restaurant industry, is beginning to see a hopeful light at the end of the tunnel.
Despite the past year’s challenges, several new restaurants are popping up around Atlanta. Victory Brands (the group behind Victory Sandwich Bar, LLoyd’s and Little Trouble) plans to open a new restaurant concept at Indie Studios. Spiller Park Coffee will open its third location and Anthony Spina’s Pizza By The Slice opens soon in Virginia Highland. Atlanta-based roastery Portrait Coffee also opens later this year.
