Hotel Clermont, one of Atlanta’s most iconic boutique hotels, just added a new food truck to its gorgeous rooftop patio.
The retro-inspired food truck specializes in California-style Mexican fare that’s curated by the hotel’s Executive Chef Jon Novak of Tiny Lou’s. Items on the food truck menu include a variety of Mexican-style street tacos (including a chipotle-marinated chorizo taco and a chili-and-lime-marinated carne asada taco), elote, queso fundido, chips and salsa and more. Guests can also pair each meal with a tequila-infused cocktail from Hotel Clermont’s year-round rooftop bar.
