Even when spending more time at home, it can be challenging to keep up a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Meal prepping is one way to save money, conserve time, learn portion control and help with weight loss. Whether it’s preparing five days of full meals or cooking key ingredients (think chicken, vegetables, rice) in advance, there’s a variety of ways meal prep can work.
Some of my favorite healthy and easy meal prep recipes include turkey taco bowls with pico de gallo and corn, sesame chicken loaded with veggies with sweet chili sauce and zucchini noodles with shrimp and Greek yogurt.
