I’m all for prolonging celebrations. Buckhead Diner turned 30 last November, but is still offering a Thirty for 30 special, a three-course dinner for $30.
For the first course, we selected those decadent warm blue cheese chips and Thai chili calamari. Our entrees were a delicious Atlantic salmon with orange emulsion and a piece of chicken breast Parmesan that covered the entire plate.
How can you turn down their James Beard award-winning white chocolate banana cream pie for dessert? While that was yummy, I preferred my perfect piece of New York-style cheesecake. Happy (prolonged) anniversary, Buckhead Diner!
