Having just returned from a 42-day odyssey in Asia, I was craving something distinctly American: rich, heavy and paired with something patriotic. Taco Mac delivered.
This winter they’re offering a “Bourbon and Barrels” menu, featuring bourbon cocktails, bourbon flights, bourbon wine, bourbon beer (New Holland Dragon’s Milk), and of course, a bourbon burger: the BBQ Blues Burger Stax with Maker’s Mark Bourbon Cola Onion Jam. It’s a (literal) mouthful.
Bourbon may not really warm you up (alcohol dilates blood vessels … blah blah) but it certainly raises your spirits. Grab a fellow bourbon lover and visit Taco Mac this holiday.
