Warm crispy chips, guacamole freshly made with chunks of avocado, and margaritas served in large frosted glasses — we were off to a good start for dinner on the patio at Agavero Cantina on the Westside.
Our server made two excellent suggestions and we enjoyed Manuel’s chef special – a ribeye steak with onions and peppers – and camarones al mojo de ajo. This garlic shrimp dish is inexplicably not explained on the menu, so is rarely ordered, but is delicious.
We’ve found a new Westside favorite. We’ll return to try the lunch specials and for Tuesday Taco Night: tacos for just $2.
