I’ll take fried artichoke hearts and a Bling Machine. Those are just two of the items you’ll be able to order at the new cocktail bar being opened by Brian Lewis and David Durnell of Bocado restaurant, home of the most awesome burger.
AMER is scheduled to open late this fall in Inman Quarter on North Highland, featuring a menu of 25 cocktails in categories of Shaken, Built, Sodas and Stirred. Chef Adam Waller of Bocado is curating bar snacks and small plates.
The décor will feature bright shades of yellow and indigo, with a nod to ’70s-era Italian films.
