Porsche Opens Restaurant 356

by

My stomach had just settled down after an exhilarating two laps around the track at the $100 million Porsche Experience Center with a drive coach when we sat down to enjoy dinner at Restaurant 356.

This new fine dining restaurant, named after Porsche’s first production model, has views of the track and airplanes landing and taking off at a nearby Atlanta airport runway.

Executive Chef Kyle Forson, former executive sous chef at The Spence, is serving up a variety of cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients. Go for the Porsche Experience; stay for the food. A four-course prix fixe dinner is $60.
