Housed in a former tattoo parlor in Decatur in the same building as the owners’ restaurant Wahoo Grill, Wahoo! Wine & Provisions carries a mouth-watering variety of wine, gifts, flowers, produce and foods.
At a media event this week, co-owner Ski Peterson told us he plans to stock mostly locally produced items, like Holeman & Finch bread, Georgia Grinders butter and the Slap barbecue sauce we bought.
They do import delicious olive oil from Chile, which is available in a growler, as is a small selection of wines. We found some bargains, including a delicious bottle of Rioja for $8.99.
