Turkey. It can be the bane of any Thanksgiving host’s existence. Still frozen, too dry, over-cooked (aka burnt) – the pressure is on to wear that chef’s hat and cook the perfect turkey.
A few years ago, my sister discovered a Thanksgiving recipe she wanted to try. Reluctantly, my mother agreed to hand over the turkey reign for the recipe my sister claimed would be “mouthwateringly good and no fuss.” The recipe called for a few simple ingredients – butter, rosemary, garlic clove and chicken broth.
WOW. Hooked ever since, there’s no glimpse of holiday hassle in sight. Happy cooking, everyone!
