Grant now available to revitalize school gardens across Atlanta

by The 100 Companies

This year, the Captain Planet Foundation (CPF) is celebrating 10 years of its Project Learning Garden (PLG) initiative – a holistic program that provides more than 570 schools in 41 states with resources to establish garden-based learning programs – by launching a special Rejuvenation Grant.

In partnership with Cox Enterprises and the Turner Foundation, the new grant will invest up to $1000 per school to support outdoor learning by revitalizing school gardens that received PLG grants six or more years ago, and are showing their age.

Through Dec. 15, eligible Atlanta schools can apply for the grant to rejuvenate their educational gardens.
