After five decades of touring, the legendary king of funk George Clinton heads to Atlanta this summer for a final bow.
Having previously announced retirement from touring, Clinton played a show earlier this spring at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Along with Parliament Funkadelic, he’ll return once more to Fox Theatre on July 25 at 7PM for the “One Nation Under a Groove Tour.”
P-funkers will experience Clinton’s eclectic show featuring an extensive funk, soul, rock, jazz and R&B song collection. Galactic, Fishbone and Miss Velvet and The Blue Wolf will also perform. Tickets range from $35-$75.
