It was 20 years ago that “Riverdance” took the precise movements, curly wigs and colorful costumes of Irish dancing on the road. The show returns to the Fox Theatre May 5-7 for “Riverdance – the 20th Anniversary World Tour.”
Called the greatest dance show in the world, “Riverdance” has been seen live by 25 million people in 47 countries in six continents, while more than 300 billion people have seen it on TV. The show even holds a Guinness World Record for the “Longest Riverdance Line,” with 1,693 participants.
Tickets start at $33.50 for the five performances.
