Recently, I was asked about my favorite holiday memory. Many came to mind, like when I got my first “real” Christmas tree in 2019, or when at my first job, they surprised the entire company with a trip to Mexico or memories with my grandparents.
My favorite? I remember as a kid, before the internet when the huge holiday catalogs would arrive. (I’m looking at you, Sears and Service Merchandise!) I’d go through page by page, marking the page corners and circling my favorite toys so that Santa would know they were for me, not my sister.
Ahh, the memories.
