Try your luck at these Atlanta St. Paddy’s Day events

Irish or not, chances are you wear green every March 17 to hopefully avoid being pinched. It’s estimated that nearly 149 million people celebrate each year, and Atlanta is no exception with a range of events being hosted this year on Saturday, March 14.

Start the day at Atlantic Station for the Shamrock N’ Roll Road Race with the 5K and 10K beginning at 8:30AM. A 1K Kid’s Fun Run will start at 9:45AM. Discounted registration runs through March 13.

Round out the day with celebrations at some Atlanta favorites including Park Tavern, Live! at the Battery Atlanta and Fado Irish Pub.
