As we start the new year it’s important to reflect and re-energize. Something to determine is what are your professional strengths. Knowing your strengths are important for career decisions and for your own happiness. For example, if you are:
• A collaborative person, your work environment should not be autocratic.
• A strategic person, you may not want to work in an environment that is reactionary or unplanned.
• Fascinated with ideas, partner with a strong analytical thinker to question and challenge you.
Knowing and embracing your strengths can help you wake up every day motivated for the challenges of your work day.
