Much of the American workforce has been tasked with transitioning quickly to work-from-home mode. If working from home is new to you, here are a few tips to keep yourself and your team working efficiently.
Have a designated work area neatly set up with all the items needed to complete tasks. As much as possible, try to maintain a set schedule, including a designated start and stop time. Over-communicating with your team will help you receive the task support you need as well keep you from feeling isolated. Include breaks to stretch your legs and get some fresh air.
