Pastry Chef Anna Gatti was originally on board with husband Chris’ idea of a doughnut shop, as long as she wasn’t running it.
After meeting at and graduating from New York’s Culinary Institute of America, the couple returned to Chris’ Atlanta roots (he’s originally from Marietta) and Doughnut Dollies was born.
Anna came to love the city’s pace and charm, and even with three girls and another restaurant to run, she’s never loved a job more than making doughnuts.
Her favorite doughnut regularly changes as new flavors are added. Currently, though, Clementine and Key Lime are the ones to try.
