Using design thinking to solve problems

by
design thinking process

A favorite part of my day job is coaching teams on how they can use design thinking to solve their business challenges.

Design thinking helps you keep humans at the center of your problem-solving, so you can come up with new answers to their difficult problems. It involves five unique actions: Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. Following a flexible design process focused around these actions helps teams identify and intuitively reframe challenges on their way to finding and building meaningful solutions.

Is your team struggling to solve a certain problem? Try using a human-centered, design-thinking approach.
