The 10th anniversary iPhone X will come with hundreds of new features – including edge-to-edge display and facial recognition – so it comes as no surprise that everyone is jumping at the chance to upgrade. But due to limited availability, it might be a while before you can get your hands on one.
Pre-orders began just after midnight (PT) on Friday, and within 10 minutes, delivery estimates switched from early November to mid-December.
Though some were hesitant to believe consumers would shell out the hefty $1,000+ for the smartphone, Apple insists that demand is “off the charts!”
