Alongside Tyler Perry Studios President, ExecuSource President Frank Green is one of four fathers named to the American Diabetes Association’s Father of the Year Honorees.
Nominees represent fathers who “have made family a priority while balancing demanding careers and community involvement.” Frank, who has a special connection to the cause as his 14-year-old son has Type 1 diabetes, hopes funds raised go toward increased diabetes education in schools, including educating school nurses who are unaware of how to administer insulin shots.
The winner is announced June 21, the Tuesday after Father’s Day. Tickets are available here; the location is TBD.
