Last week, Atlanta Business Chronicle named the Atlanta Pacesetters, the 100 fastest-growing companies in Atlanta. The publication also dug deep into how these companies are finding success.
One of my favorite highlights is how these companies view failure. Nearly half acknowledge that you have to fail sometimes to make progress and 16 percent of companies said they even encourage employees to fail “fast and often.” These leaders of the pack recognize failure as a means to a successful end.
Winston Churchill, Wayne Gretzky and Thomas Edison were all advocates of not fearing failure – it must be a mantra worth trying.
