We didn’t set out creating a six-week eNewsletter campaign explaining the complex concept of private exchanges for Northwestern Benefit Corporation of Georgia with the end goal of winning a PRSA Georgia Phoenix Award – it was just an added bonus after last week’s awards ceremony.
