Hungry in Atlanta

by

No matter what side of the income inequality debate you fall on, we can agree on one thing: in a nation as developed as ours, no child should ever go to sleep hungry.

Yet, in a few weeks when that final school bell rings and summer begins, thousands of children in the greater Atlanta area who receive free or reduced school meals might find themselves asking where their next meal will come from.

By crowdfunding $30,000, the United Way of Atlanta is hoping to provide more than 12,000 meals for those children this summer. You can help by donating here.
