Girl Scout cookie season is back in the spotlight, and the only thing complaining are my jeans. Instead of downing a sleeve of Thin Mints or Shortbreads while I catch up on my shows, I decided to channel my inner scout and get creative with them this year.
A quick visit to Google led me to discover that I have not been giving these tasty treats enough credit. Hundreds of creative bakers and chefs have really tapped into the delicious potential these cookies hold. I personally can’t wait to try the Lemon Blueberry Crunch Cake from the Girl Scouts themselves.
