A recent survey revealed that half of millennials and 75% of Gen Zers have left a previous job due to mental health reasons. It’s no surprise – as technology makes us more connected, it’s also opened the doors to working remotely and the expectation of being reachable on demand 24/7.

Combatting these issues starts at the source, and although it may not be feasible to make a job stress-free, employers can help by making telebehavioral health and stress management services available 24/7, too. 

Employers are catching on. Over a third have recently added teletherapy options for their employees. Will you be next?
