It’s spring break for nearly all Atlanta-area schools this week – a rare alignment. So why aren’t I going anywhere for vacation? I think this is one of the best weeks of the year to stay here. Two words: lighter traffic.
This week, along with summer and the holidays, I enjoy sunrise and skyline views on my way in from OTP without fear of rear-ending someone or being honked at. I sleep later and get home earlier.
While you may be jealous of friends visiting exotic resorts, you can be glad your travel time is shorter thanks to this “holiday” week.
