After winning the World Series this past October, the Braves are once again putting Atlanta baseball back on the map with not one, but five players selected to play in the 2022 All-Star Game at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium – making them only second to the Yankees for the most All-Star players this year.
While players Dansby Swanson, William Contreras, Travis d’Arnaud and Max Fried will make their first All-Star appearance, 24-year-old Ronald Acuña Jr. will return for his third consecutive All-Star game after receiving the leading number of votes in this year’s selection of the National League players.
