Borrow a dog for a day through the Atlanta Humane Society

Thanks to the Atlanta Humane Society, there’s now a way to fill a missing piece on your walks, hikes, picnics in the park and days by the lake. AHS now allows Atlantans to borrow an adoptable dog for the day to give them new adventures and socialization experiences outside of the shelter.

Participants must be registered foster parents with AHS. Interested parties can begin the application process by signing up online for a virtual orientation.
