Named as a reference to Interstate 285 and a nod to Atlanta in the early 90s, the new TV drama series “Perimeter” is now available for streaming on BET+.
Executive produced by Tyler Perry and directed by Armani Ortiz, this series fuses love with hip-hop, drugs and racism, telling a captivating story amongst Atlanta’s “Freaknik” event about a Spelman college sophomore who is dating a drug dealer while her father endeavors to become Atlanta’s next mayor.
While four episodes are out now, it’s unclear if additional episodes will follow. Just by watching the trailer, we’re crossing our fingers for more.
