The Jeep Wrangler is like a bacon double cheeseburger – gristly and unrefined, yet patriotic and sacred. It’s imperfect, yet precisely nobody wants it to change.
Like its WWII predecessor, the new Wrangler is an unstoppable, off-road convertible trading comfort for ruggedness. I understand Wrangler fandom now; no other car I’ve tested has offered both droptop joy and off-road confidence to such extremes.
It sounds strage, but I liken the Wrangler to my favorite car, the Mazda Miata. Like a Miata, no other car really does what a Wrangler does. If you test it and like it, buy it.
