There’s no arguing smartphones have become a part of our daily lives. Most would even argue that they play a large role in making life easier.
However, while we can contribute a lot of progress to smartphones, recent studies have shown that putting down your phone may actually help you live longer. There has been increased evidence in recent years which shows spending too much time on smartphones increases stress levels and interferes with sleep, self-esteem, relationships, memory, attention spans and productivity.
Next time any of these issues creep into your daily routine, try stepping away from the phone.
