I can’t comment on the interior of Saltyard, as I never went inside. We enjoyed a lovely evening dining al fresco with friends who live upstairs, and treat the restaurant as a second kitchen.
The concept of the restaurant is small-plate cuisine, which I love. Because when you can’t decide what you want, you order all of it. We happily shared ahi tuna tartare, kale salad, grilled corn, flash-fried brussels sprouts, grilled lamb loin and pan-roasted scallops.
We plan to return for Monday Date Night: $25 for four courses, $20 bottle of wine and live flamenco dancing.
